Mingtian Yang, M.D. Professor, chief scientist  of Breast Cancer, postgraduate  supervisor.Deputy director of Department of Thoracic Surgery, Cancer Center, Zhongshan University. 
    Dr. Yang was born in 1945 in the Guangdong Province. He received his M.D. from Sun Yat-Sen University of Medical Sciences (SUMS) in  1970. From1993 to 1994, he worked in Southern California Medical Center as  an  exchanging  scholar. Then, he continued his clinical researches in diagnosis and treatment in thoracic tumor, such  as  lung  cancer, esophageal cancer, mediastinal neoplasm, breast cancer in department of thoracic surgery. His specialty in breast carcinoma entitled  him the chief scientist of this field in our Cancer Center. A total of 49 research papers have been published and  He received various prizes for his achievements from SUMS.
