Background:
     Dr Peihong Wu received his M.D. from the Sun Yat-Sen University of Medical Sciences (SUMS), Guangzhou, China, in 1982. He completed his clinical training in Oncology and Radiology at Cancer Center, SUMS. Since 1995, he have been the director of Medical Imaging and Interventional Society on Oncology, Guangdong Province. He is the editor of Chinese Cancer. He is major in imaging diagnosis and interventional treatment of malignant diseases. With his tutor Professor Guoliang Zheng and Qixiang Zeng, he has studied more than 10,000 CT scans of patients with  nasopharyneal Carcinoma, lung cancer, breast cancer, pancrease cancer, ovarian cancer, bone cancer with transcather arterial chemotherapy or chemoembolization, the application of stents including biliary obstruction, esophageal strictutes, cancerous esophagotreal and mediastinal fistula, the obstruction of inferior or superior Vana cava treatment. 20 papers and 5 books chapters in medical imaging and interventional radiology have been published.
